Description
Cimstar 31-592 is a boron and formaldehyde releasing biocide free product designed to machine and grind a wide range of yellow metals such as brass, bronze and copper. Full compatibility with these materials, resulting in very low copper dissolving, no staining and minimising formation of coppersoaps is reached due to the carefully selected raw materials in combination with effective yellow metal inhibitors.
Application
Cimstar 31-592 is a semi-synthetic type metalworking fluid designed for the machining and grinding of yellow metals. In addition, Cimstar 31-592 can also be used on steel alloys and most aluminium types making the product suitable for manufacturers predominantly working with yellow metals but who also use other metals. Cimstar 31-592 is a product designed for use in medium hardness (10-20 dH) starting water. It can be used in both central systems as well as individual machines.
