Cimperial 37-850HW is a hassle free all-round emulsion primarily developed for many heavy-duty machining operations, but it can be used for heavy duty grinding as well. The Cimperial 37-850HW is equipped with Cimcool’s CimShield N-Durance Technology. This latest technology innovation boosts the product “N-Durance” combining high alkalinity with acceptable pH, thereby securing product stability, pH buffering and corrosion protection.
Application
Cimperial 37-850HW can be used without problems for a great number of metals ranging from aluminium to steel and stainless steel. The potential aluminium staining has been minimised making Cimperial 37-850HW suitable for most used aluminium types.
Cimperial 37-850HW is especially developed for use in medium to hard water (12 to 25dH in starting water).
